We’ve had two title change at the Extreme Rules PPV. Both of which were a shock to the WWE Universe. First up. The B-Team (yes, them) shocked the entire Universe with a win over the Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. Amazing that Axel and Dallas have gone from jobber jokers to champions in no time! Well-deserved!

The second title change was shocking not because it happened, but HOW it happened!
The US title match was brief. Shinsuke used his signature low-blow on Jeff Hardy right as the match started. Nakamura then hit a Kinshasha for a quick 1-2-3.
The brevity of the match is attributed to Jeff Hardy suffering multiple injuries and needing some time off.
Shinsuke Nakamura has first WWE main roster title. He is the United States champion! The celebration was short as RANDY ORTON returned to challenge Nakamura but also dish out more damage to the (literally) broken Hardy.
