After doing hours of research, I could not confirm or deny the rumor either way. According to Bodyslam.net, one of their sources stated that John Cena is hooking up with a member of the Total Divas cast. Now, considering there are not a lot of women who are not in a relationship on that show, it only leaves Carmella.
Push Speculation
Some websites have speculated about the recent push Carmella has received on the SmackDown Live brand, suggesting a link between Carmella and John Cena.
Let me be clear about my opinion on the matter. There has been no confirmation that John Cena and Carmella are dating. Even if they were, I doubt Carmella’s recent push has anything to do with it. Remember, Carmella won Money in the Bank while Cena was still dating Nikki Bella.
