Moonlight (2016) – The movie functioned as real-life swimming lessons
Moonlight was the talk of the country for quite awhile after winning. When Juan teaches Little how to swim in the 2016 film, Moonlight, Mahershala Ali really is giving Alex R. Hibbert swimming lessons.
When the filming of the movie started, Hibbert barely knew how to swim and learned to swim in deeper water thanks to his co-star.
