Earlier this month, Rodrigo Alves, who is known as the Human Ken Doll, announced his plans to have two ribs removed. He wanted this done to make his waistline look smaller.
His initial plan to have six ribs removed was scrapped by a surgeon who was concerned Alves’ lungs would collapse without the ribs in place. Instead, a surgeon will only remove the floating ribs. Alves isn’t one to skip a beat. He drowned his sorrows about not getting his way in with a coping mechanism only fit for a plastic surgery addict. He had a chemical peel.
Alves isn’t ashamed of his procedures. He doesn’t make any attempt to hide them, so on Tuesday, he stepped out in Marbella with an irritated red face after having a chemical peel in which acidic lotion was applied to his face.
He spoke to The Daily Mail about the procedure saying “It was fairly painful, and my face looks red now. It feels like burning! Here in Marbella [it] is very sunny and I can’t go out for the next few days unless I have a lot of sun protection!”
Alves is concerned about his age catching up with him so he opted for the chemical peel to stave off the aging process. He doesn’t ever want to appear older.
“In 2018, I’m turning 35 and my quest has never been to look perfect but to look ageless,” he said. “Due to the lights from the TV studios and the make-up, my skin has been looking rough, but this treatment will make my skin look finer and younger.”
He probably doesn’t realize it, but he isn’t being stared at because people think he looks young and amazing. He looks like an alien and people can’t turn away from the freak show!
“I would never let myself go and no one will ever see any wrinkle on my face. Some men think that only going to the gym and looking muscular is enough,” Alves continued. “I believe that men should also look after their faces with night cream and make-up just like I do.”
This man just can’t give up plastic surgery. The satisfaction he seeks won’t be found from a surgeon’s scalpel. Maybe he will get some relief from sitting on a psychiatrist’s couch.
The Human Ken Doll claims that he will be looking like a fitness model by next summer after having his floating ribs removed. If he has more surgeries, people are going to wonder if he had his brain removed, too!
