Finn Balor Vs. Bray Wyatt Match Cancelled?

Even though I am not terribly excited about this match, I was surprised to learn it could actually be canceled. Bray Wyatt has been off Raw television for some time! The same applies to Jojo and Bo Dallas. Here is the reason why they have not been seen on Raw, and why the match could be in danger!

Uncertain TLC Match

The reason why Bray Wyatt has not been seen on WWE television could be a case of viral meningitis, at least according to various statements made by sources. It is said that Bo Dallas, Bray Wyatt, and Jojo, all contracted the illness.

Of course, viral meningitis could have consequences for the match on Sunday. Even though no official statements have been made by the WWE, viral meningitis could put a serious damper on the match at TLC.

What Is Viral Meningitis?

Viral meningitis can be quite serious since it is an inflammation of the protective membranes surrounding the brain and the spinal cord. There are also different types of meningitis, with viral meningitis being the least severe and bacterial meningitis the most severe. Symptoms of the viral form include headaches, nausea, light-sensitivity, and fatigue.

Since viral meningitis is contagious, it would be irresponsible to put Wyatt on the card this Sunday, at least in my humble opinion. The condition could have complications, so it is often best to let the person in question rest up properly.

Raw Roster Health Scare

If JoJo, Bo, and Bray are being kept in isolation as a precaution, then hopefully they got it contained before more people got sick. We haven’t heard of other talent getting sick. But if we do, we will keep you updated

Planning for the Match to Go Ahead

Despite rumors of Wyatt being out with viral meningitis, it would seem like the WWE is going ahead with the match. During this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Finn shot a brief promo in the middle of the ring. Could the WWE be preparing for the match to go ahead? Or is the WWE just covering their bases and have an alternative plan for Sunday? Time will tell!
