A Houston mother displaced from Hurricane Harvey completely exposed CNN for being insensitive and more concerned with ratings than the people affected by the storm.
The mother and her daughter had waited days to be rescued. When they were finally safe, they were greeted by CNN’s Rosa Flores who aggressively began asking them questions. At first, the mother was polite, then she dropped the hammer and some foul language on CNN.
“People are really breaking down and y’all sitting here with cameras and microphones trying to ask us what the f**k is wrong with us,” the mother said. “And you really trying to understand with the microphone still in my face! With me shivering cold, with my kids wet! And you’re still putting a microphone in my face!”
This all unfolded on live TV. CNN’s Jim Acosta, who President Trump regularly exposes for his fake news, tried to do some damage control, but the damage was already done.

CNN was probably thinking this mom should be excited to be on national TV. But, after just trying to survive the storm, it was insensitive for CNN to put her through this. I’d have cursed out this reporter too!
