Georges St-Pierre incorporated gymnastics into his training a while back, and in a new vid he’s posted, it’s pretty clear it’s working out for him…

Recently GSP posted the video below, which should impress anyone, except, maybe gymnastic experts themselves.

The 35 year-old fighter is expected to fight middleweight champ Michael Bisping at a date to be determined later this year. UFC President Dana White has said, however, that he hopes to book the bout for early July.
