Brawl Between Drivers Breaks Out After NASCAR Race

Las Vegas Motor Speedway hosted a heated NASCAR race over the weekend. Martin Truex Jr., won the top honors, but a fight that broke out after the race ended drew a lot of attention.

Joey Logano and Kyle Busch were fighting to finish in the top five. Then Logano’s car clipped Busch’s, spinning it out of control. Busch waited for Logano to finish, then he and his team approached Logano and a brawl took place.

Security had to drag Busch away as you can see in the video below. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen NASCAR get heated – not since the times of Jimmy Spencer have we really seen anything of this magnitude.

Logano spoke to the press after the fight was broken up. He stated in the video below he “was racing hard there at the end … and Kyle and I usually race really well together, usually we don’t have any issues and he tried to pin me down into the corner underneath Brad and we both about crashed on entry and I was still trying to gather it up by the center and I was going to spin out so I’m trying to chase it up and he’s there. So obviously nothing intentional but he thinks that.”
