I’ll never understand how someone could be cruel to dogs. Thankfully, some stories of dog abuse have a happy ending.
Like this one, about a dog owner who was dragged by his pooch behind a bush and made the startling discovery of another dog!
The pit bull mix, now named Winston, was had a rope tied around his neck and was emaciated. He was quickly taken to the Michigan Animal Rescue League and was nursed back to health.

At least Winston is now safe! And hopefully now he can be adopted into a good home.
In 6-8 weeks, somebody can adopt this great dog!
