It takes being big-time scum to make the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted. But, if you’re Luis Macedo and you were wanted for the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Chicago, you could make it, especially given the circumstances.

Macedo is a member of the Latin Kings street gang. In 2009, Alex Arellano was walking home with some female friends when he was confronted by Macedo and others for not flashing a gang sign. Arellano ran, but they caught him. He was beaten, shot, and set on fire.

Just awful. Naturally it happened in Chicago as well. That’s the price a young boy paid for simply walking down the street. Let’s hope the FBI catches this dirtbag.
