One woman was nearly a goner when she found herself trapped in her car during a flash flood in Ellicott City. Then something amazing happened. Men formed a human chain to rescue her.
These men put themselves in a very dangerous situation to save a stranger. With all the cynicism in the world, these men restored my faith in humanity. Watch their brave actions in the video below.
That water was raging. They all could have been swept away along with the woman and her car.
