Two Years After Their Divorce George and Tammy Get on Stage and Wow the Crowd

Marriage is hard. Sadly, not every couple makes it. Sometimes the story can be told through music, especially country music.

George Jones and Tammy Wynette surprised and delighted fans when they sang a duet on “Pop Goes The Country” two years after their divorce.

The divorced couple appropriately sang, “Golden Ring” in a nod to their divorce. While the topic was sad, the music was terrific.

That brought back a lot of memories. This is the classic country music that I love!
