journalist, war zone

Reporting from war zones comes with risks. Journalists who are out there risk their lives every day to bring reports to people from the front lines. There are times when that danger is very real, but despite the risk, they get out there every day and do their jobs.

Reporter, Ebrahim Al-Khateeb was reporting in Syria for an opposition affiliated news network when things went very badly.

All of a sudden, you hear an explosion and Al-Khateeb can be heard crying out after being hit with shrapnel from the blast. The amazing thing is, as this goes down, the camera man continues filming.

Do you think reporters take too much risk? Is it necessary to film so close to these war zones?
