We use dryer sheets to get rid of static cling. But, they can be expensive and someone in your family might not like the scent. Fortunately, you can eliminate using them in the laundry room by substituting with something simple.
Aluminum foil just may change the way you do laundry! You just roll up a couple of balls of it and toss it in the dryer. They tackle the static cling.
This is a great tip, especially if you have a family member whose sensitive skin is irritated by dryer sheets. Aluminum foil can get the static out of your clothes without any sensitivity issues.
And you can reuse them many times.
If you like this idea and have leftover dryer sheets, don’t toss them. You can use them for many other purposes. The video below gives several ideas for reusing them to make house chores easier.
